.orgWorx is a site where Clients and Job Seekers in the association community can identify each other and buy and sell freelancer services online. By using the site to post a freelance position or a resume, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You further acknowledge and agree that .orgWorx merely provides the site to Users and is not party to the relationship between the Client and Freelancer.
Without limitation, Users are solely responsible for: (a) ensuring the accuracy and legality of any content provided by User; (b) determining the suitability of Freelancers for a contract; (c) negotiating, agreeing to, and executing any terms or conditions of a contract; (d) performing Freelancer Services; and (e) paying for Freelancer Services.
.orgWorx does not guarantee the truth or accuracy of any Client’s or Freelancer’s postings; does not conduct background checks or guarantee the work of Freelancers; does not supervise, direct, control, or evaluate Freelancers or their work; and is not responsible for any project, terms or work product.
Freelancers also acknowledge, agree, and understand that they are solely responsible for determining which projects to accept, the manner of providing services, the type of services they provide; and the price they charge. Freelancers further acknowledge, agree, and understand that they are not employees of .orgWorx.
In no event shall .orgWorx, or its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, contractors, vendors affiliates and agents, or assigns be liable to for any damages or economic loss, arising or resulting from our use, or misuse, of the .orgWorx website. Users further agree to defend, hold harmless, indemnify and release .orgWorx, its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, contractors, vendors affiliates and agents, or assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any sort on account of, arising, or resulting from their use, or misuse, of the .orgWorx website.
By using the site, Clients and Freelancers guarantee that they are at least 18 years of age and that the information they provide is accurate. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. .orgWorx reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
In order to post a position, Users will be required to supply credit card information. All payments are processed promptly through a third-party service. By making a transaction, Users represent that they have the legal right to make the purchase and that the information provided is true and accurate.
.orgWorx reserves the right to modify the website or these Terms of Use at any time.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Any claim will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
