Kim Robinson
Kim is a long-time supporter and user of freelance talent. She believes in the model from both the association and freelancer perspective. She knows there's a lot of talent in our community and it’s in our collective best interest to connect that talent to the associations who can benefit from it.
She figured out a long time ago that, as an employer, she needed to be flexible about creating the workforce she needs. It’s not always an employer-employee relationship that works best for both parties. Hiring freelancers – and ultimately supporting them in their freelance work – is another tool in her project delivery toolbox.
The opportunity to be a part of launching .orgfreelancer was a logical next step in connecting outstanding professionals to the associations that need them.

"Working with .orgFreelancer is terrific. Sherry has a great reputation and so many connections within the association and nonprofit industry. The .org team finds the clients (or the clients come to them). Then they get everything set up so that I can focus on my work. They remove the ‘constantly looking for a job’ stress from consulting."
